Common questions
Windows says the app is unrecognised
The installer is not Authenticode-signed yet. In SmartScreen choose More info → Run anyway. That is expected on 0.1.x. We will sign Setup before a paid launch.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Download, install, create the local admin, start the 14-day trial on that PC. Create a website account when you want a license key or a second device.
Chat is slow / Full swarm is greyed out
Office PCs without a graphics card run Eco on the processor. Full swarm is off there on purpose. Use Quick Chat. See requirements.
I lost my license key
Sign in at your account. The key is there. Already-activated PCs keep working if you generate a new key; new activations need the new one.
