  • Full swarm later legs stay inside the model window on Lite (8k context).
  • Context-overflow errors are plain English and name the agent that failed.

0.1.23 19 September 2026

  • Processor-only PCs send work to the CPU from the first request and warm the model before Chat.
  • Leftover pinned files no longer force an inbox search on a normal question.
  • Full swarm is disabled on CPU-only machines. Eco says when it does not have an exact figure instead of inventing one.
