Short, because we collect very little.

The software on your PC

• Never collected: your documents, file names, folder paths, prompts, agent outputs, local user names or emails.
• Sent when you start a trial, and once a day when online (license check-in): license id, device id, a hardware fingerprint hash, app version, OS name, and whitelisted health flags (engine running, model tier, RAM, disk free, number of watch folders and users). This is how Gryndara licenses seats and supports the install — not how the AI runs.
• Optional: a signed-update check against GitHub Releases.

• Account: name and email (typed by you, or from Google sign-in). If you set a Gryndara password it is stored as a scrypt hash — we never see Google's password, and Google never sees yours. Profile picture only if you use Google.
• License & devices: your key (hashed and encrypted), plan, and the device records above.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids, not card numbers.
• Downloads and waitlist: timestamp, browser user-agent, and whatever you type into the pilot form.
• Analytics: none. No third-party trackers or advertising pixels.

Where it lives, who sees it

Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres database), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in). No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Your controls

Remove devices, rotate your key, or cancel billing from your account page. To delete your account and all data, email hello@gryndara.com; we complete deletion within 30 days.
